These terms cover use of the MISA Agency website. They are not a management or marketing agreement.
This website describes MISA’s creator-management and business-marketing services. Its content is general information, not a personalised service proposal or a promise that a particular service is suitable for you.
Creator services and creator applications are for adults aged 18 or older.
Submitting an application or business enquiry is an expression of interest. It does not guarantee acceptance, create an obligation to proceed or establish a service agreement.
Service scope, commercial terms, responsibilities and working arrangements are discussed and agreed separately before a partnership begins. Your identity, boundaries, voice and final content approval remain yours.
Provide accurate information and only share details you have permission to provide. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive account credentials in an enquiry.
Reported performance figures describe past activity, not promised individual results. MISA’s reported revenue aggregate has not been independently audited.
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Outcomes vary with audience, content, activity, market conditions and execution. Applying does not guarantee income or other results.
